Work Experience
Redesign of website, branding, and assets for main organization page. Projects include complete site overhaul and revamp of application system for Vine & Fig Community, a private online space for LGBTQ+ Catholics.
Indeed mentorship program was created to assist career transitions and prepare employees for new roles internally at Indeed.
Worked with and learned from Indeed UX Design Systems mentor involving weekly knowledge sessions diving into case studies, exercises, and guidance in Indeed’s design system
Transformed Indeed's ATS through a major migration of millions of candidate records to a new system, rebuilt all processes and internal tools associated. Owned the building and management of R&D's interviewing integrations with Karat and HackerRank.
Partnered with product managers to help build, test, validate, and rollout a new internal scheduling tool for recruiting coordination.
Responsible for creating new application and onboarding for supply in new markets, working with product teams to help thousands of sitters join the Rover marketplace.
